Adrian Lambert Photography

I started out as an assistant then junior photographer in Manchester in the 1990s before moving overseas and working the majority of my career in Australia. In 2012 I returned to the UK with my young family and am now based in the Manchester/Peak District area. I've had commissions from a range of industries but worked extensively and earned good repute with architects, interior designers, artists, lifestyle magazines, universities and corporate clients. I work efficiently and consistently to the high standards you see here offering the same level of creativity and detail as with big brand budgets but with the option of cutting out cumbersome production outlay. My clients, without any knowledge of exceptions, all prosper having grasped that choosing an experienced, relevant photographer as part of their marketing strategy improves market standing and bottom line significantly.

Definitions. Adrian Lambert is the ‘Photographer’, an employee of ‘Adrian Lambert Photography Ltd’ (ALP). ALP is the provider of Adrian Lambert’s photographic skills and the licences that are required to reproduce his images. The ‘Client’ is the party or parties to whom invoices are addressed.

The Service. The client acknowledges that they are paying for the skills and experience of a technical artist, and for a licence to make use of the ‘fruits’ of such labour, rather than the ‘fruit’ itself.

Limitations. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the supplied media assets are licensed for use in any media by the clients(s) and their proxies solely, without limitations of time or location and include a 12 month period of exclusivity excepting for the photographer's self promotion. This licence is granted upon timely payment. Copyright is retained by the photographer in all circumstances.

Unless agreed in writing prior to work commencing, the client is solely responsible for satisfying themselves that all relevant consents, pertaining to the contents of the supplied media, required for reproduction have been obtained. ALP and it’s employees offer no warrantee or undertaking that such rights have been or will be obtained.

If things go awry and it's the fault of an employee of ALP, ALP will do all it reasonably can to rectify the situation in as far as it won't mean the untimely demise of Adrian Lambert Photography Ltd. As such liability may be limited to the invoiced amount.

If things go wrong and it's not the fault of an employee of ALP, ALP will still do all it reasonably can to help solve the problem despite not being liable.

These terms are written in the UK and as such all contracts will be written, conducted and ruled under the UK's laws. ALP will carry public liability and employee indemnity insurance.

These terms may change without notice, but not my good nature.
